Psychological therapies are of three categories they are behvioural therapies, psychoanalytical and psychodynamic therapies and humanistic therapies. The behavioural therapies mainly focus cognitions and behaviours and the psychoanalytical and psychodynamic therapies focus on unconscious relationship patterns which evolved from childhood. Finally the humanistic therapy which focus on the self-development.

Offering ongoing support and relapse prevention strategies for individuals who have completed the initial rehabilitation program.
